It has Cervelat (for a mild, smoky tang from Central Europe), our hand-dipped Parmesano Salami (with its nutty saltiness from Northern Italy), move onto our German-style Pepper Salami (delivering some warmth from the Motherland with the peppercorn coating), and finish with our Red Wine Salami (for a tangy yet rich flavour that’s reminiscent of an Austrian Pinot Noir).
